Miss Kitty VaVoom
Introduction
I was “born” on 3/31/19 at the age of 50! I am married to the amazing @thehandsomehusband. We have twin boys who are grown and out on their own. About two years ago I really started adopting a vintage style. It began based on my love of vintage jewelry and style, but I have been drawn in by the fabulous people I have met. Everyone I have met and the talented people I have been photographed by has been welcoming, encouraging and wonderful. There doesn’t seem to be a specific look, and there is room for every one, which is how I wish the rest of life could be!
Favorite Movie
I have many, but Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Wizard of Oz and The Princess Bride ALWAYS suck me in when I find them.
Favorite Jams
I have a weird mix going always—I like old Prince, I love Simon and Garfunkel, Billy Joel and Jimmy Buffet. Also a HUGE fan of Garth Brooks, Queen, Adele, tons of musicals (new and classic), The Crooners—especially Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Peter, Paul and Mary, The Indigo Girls, Keala Settle, Old rap, hair metal and quite a bit of punk. Music is medicine for me, and I use it to treat and change my moods.

Not a thing, but my husband. Also lots of sun screen—I’m quite pale.
Interests
We have a candy company and I really enjoy that. I am a bit of a foodie, so cooking and coming up with variations on classic recipes is fun for me. We recently moved to a great entertaining house and we really enjoy having friends and family over. I also read a lot—some classics I have read before, some supernatural thrillers, crime mysteries and biographies. I love hunting for vintage jewelry and purses online.
